In 2011, Zach and his business partner Ryan Slater launched Canada’s first Cold Pressed Juice bar out of a Food Truck at Water & Abbott in Gastown.
The Juice Truck has opened and closed cafes, and experienced many pivots throughout its journey, eventually finding its current North Star - Wholesale. The Juice Truck has 4 cafes and sells to over 500 cafes, grocery stores, markets and restaurants throughout BC.
